Romance Reigns Supreme at Greenpoint Loft

We love a romance rich in feeling, an aesthetic characterized by seductive elements of color and texture, and an event that perfectly marries the two. Lauren and Patrick’s wedding was one such event. Every moment was dripping in romance. In the unique setting of the Greenpoint Loft, surrounded by rich hues, organic textures and a modern love story, every guest felt the romance deep within. The love that was shared and the joy that was expressed on that beautiful night was undeniable. 

The Greenpoint Loft’s raw interior is the perfect space for layering rich design details. Lauren and Patrick allowed the space’s industrial character to shine while adding touches of natural elegance. Lindsey Rae Design built up the romance with installments of lush greenery and moody florals of dark reds and burgundys, while Patina Rentals provided elegant lounge seating that added opulence and glamour. It seemed every corner was full of beauty.  

The couple was married in the round, beneath large swaths of greenery and elegant chandeliers. They began their life together literally surrounded by family and friends. Not to mention their well-known officiant, Cory Booker, who is a close friend of theirs. So many elements of their ceremony made it all the more special. And that kiss! It was stunningly passionate and so special to witness.   

After the ceremony guests enjoyed views of the city from the rooftop terrace, only to return to the reception to find the space full of more ambiance than before. Tables were lined with elegant tapered candles sitting in luxe gold candleholders. Dotted amidst the warm light were lush floral displays of deep reds and clean white florals. A modernly designed menu sat clean atop a rich red linen. The mix of modern elements with the moody florals made for a rich design tapestry. 

With a design that was full of  romance, the most wonderfully romantic element that we enjoyed above all was, of course, the beautiful couple! We were so thankful to be a part of Lauren and Patrick’s special day. Big thanks to all who made it so special, and to Lev Kuperman for allowing us to relive the moments, again and again.
