A Passionate Color Palette at The Foundry
As a lover of love, we take Valentine’s Day very seriously. And this year we’re drawing our inspiration from an elegant wedding that was defined by its unrestrained romance and striking color palette.
Adorned with lush and whimsical botanicals, the couple aimed for a wild garden design concept. Every corner of The Foundry is full of charm and interest, which paired perfectly with the design aesthetic of the event. Tin Can Studios masterfully incorporated flowers such as tulips, lilies, and roses into charming arrangements throughout the space. While butterflies tucked into the florals enhanced the quirky garden vibe. An intimate ceremony took place in The Foundry’s greenhouse space, with its climbing greenery and soft natural light creating an idyllic place to promise forever. Soft textures, creeping greenery and a sexy and rich color palette brought the couple’s inspiration to life.
Outside, a structured tent in The Foundry’s courtyard was dotted with playful lanterns, adding to the whimsical ambiance. Coral linens adorned the smattering of tables beneath the tent and bright blooms in various shades of pink, red, purple and burgundy enhanced the romantic perfection. Fig & Pig provided a flavorful menu of seasonal ingredients that was both modern and comforting. From their passed canapés to their decadent desserts, they satisfied every guest’s palate. After dinner guests danced the night away beneath a disco ball dance haven. As dusk fell, the soft lighting of the lanterns against the deep blue of the sky created a magical setting for a night of delicious food and continued celebration.
The playful yet moody aesthetic and palpable romance of the evening left our hearts full long after the last song played and the disco balls came down. Big thanks to Belathee for capturing the memories of such a gorgeous evening!
